Overtime
Hours worked beyond a normal workweek, usually paid at 1.5 times your regular rate.
Under federal law, most hourly workers must be paid at least 1.5 times their regular rate for hours over 40 in a workweek. Some employers pay more, such as double time on holidays, and some states have extra rules.
Overtime can vary a lot from week to week. It's safer to budget on regular hours and treat overtime as extra.
