Each paycheck covers what's due before the next
See which bills every check pays and what's left after. Move a bill to a different paycheck if that works better.
BudgetWatch plans your bills and spending one paycheck at a time, and spots the months that bring a bonus check: 2 a year if you're paid every two weeks, 4 if you're paid weekly.
01 / The idea
Months don't divide evenly into two-week stretches, so a few months hand you an extra check. Your rent doesn't go up those months, which makes that check yours to plan.
When you're paid every two weeks.
When you're paid every week.
02 / Find yours
Pick your schedule and next payday. We'll map the next 12 months and light up the ones with a bonus check.
03 / Inside the app
Bonus checks are the headline. The rest is what you'll open the app for every week.

05 / Questions
How BudgetWatch works, in plain English.
Still have a question? Email support@budgetwatch.com.
If you're paid every two weeks, you get 26 paychecks a year, not 24, so two months a year bring a third paycheck. If you're paid weekly, you get 52, so four months bring a fifth. Your bills don't grow in those months, so that extra check is free to plan. BudgetWatch finds those months for you and counts down to the next one.
Weekly and every two weeks (bi-weekly). Those are the schedules that produce bonus paychecks, so the app is built around them. Twice-a-month and monthly pay are not supported right now.
Yes. Choose variable pay and log what you actually get each payday, including checks outside your normal schedule. Upcoming paychecks are estimated from the average of your last 6, and they're clearly marked as estimates. Until you've logged some, the estimate comes from your typical check or your hourly rate and hours.
Each paycheck covers the bills due before your next one, so you always know what's left after bills from the check in front of you. You can move a bill to a different paycheck if that works better for you. Bills that come every few months, like car insurance, show up at their full amount in the paycheck they're due.
No. You enter your pay, bills, and spending yourself, and logging spending takes two taps. We never ask for your bank login.
The free plan lets you plan up to 3 months ahead, track up to 7 bills, and look back over the last 3 months. Pro is $6.99 a month, $29.99 for 6 months, or $49.99 a year, and adds 3 years of planning, a year of history, unlimited bills, your own spending categories, bonus paycheck planning, reminders, and a second income. Every Pro plan starts with a 7-day free trial if you haven't had one. After the trial, you're charged the price of the plan you chose unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Subscriptions go through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose BudgetWatch. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel the subscription. If Pro ends, you keep everything you've entered; you just can't add more than the free plan allows.
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each account can only reach its own records. You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings at any time.
