Bi-weekly pay
Being paid every two weeks, which adds up to 26 paychecks a year.
Bi-weekly means you're paid every other week, usually on the same weekday. That's 26 paychecks a year.
It's easy to confuse with semi-monthly pay (twice a month, such as the 15th and the last day), which is 24 paychecks a year. Because months are a little longer than four weeks, bi-weekly pay gives you two months a year with three paychecks instead of two.
